Chemical compounding: -

Virgin PVC sourced from reputed global producers and high grade non-toxic plasticizers are used as raw materials. Best quality dyes and other additives are used to improve durability of the product.

 

Uses: -

Cement curing, gardening, irrigation, washing/cleaning, draining water, water supply to equipment and machines.

 

Certification: -

Manufactured and tested as per Bureau of Indian Standards specification IS : 12585-1988

Available in four appearances: - Snow white Ivory white half chrome finish full chrome finish special care is taken to make this product aesthetically pleasing. Textile fibers are chosen per their texture and color. Manufacturing parameters like air pressure etc are controlled to achieve accurate hose dimensions to allow easier cutting and crimping. Best quality adhesive chemicals are used and the hoses under adhesion strength testing to make sure the fiber and the PVC layers doesn’t come apart during further processing of the product.

Physical appearance:

Transparent with bluish hue and a smooth surface with even and overlapped fiber braids along with longitudinal yarn reinforcement for added strength.


Fiber reinforcement:

Choice of fiber type and thickness is made depending upon the working pressure requirement and after doing tensile strength check of the fiber to be used. Braiding pitch and angles are also adjusted based on the fiber used and working pressure requirement.


Chemical compounding:

Virgin high quality plasticized PVC with customized additives for heat and UV stabilization.


Uses:

Compressed air and industrial gas applications, in the pressure range of 10-25 kg/cm2 gauge. Mainly used in construction and mining industry.


Certification and testing:

Manufactured and tested as per Bureau of Indian Standards specification IS : 12492-1988

The hoses undergo the following tests:

• Proof pressure test
• Cold bend radius test
• Adhesion of layers test
• Liquid resistance test

This hose is used as fuel connections in the automobiles and diesel generator sets. They can withstand temperatures of up to 90^oC. The hoses undergo liquid resistance test per IS: 3400-1983 under diesel, petrol (gasoline) and kerosene environment.
