Wayhose Polyamide 6 (PA6) Tubes, also known as Nylon 6 Tubes are manufactured out of Virgin Polyamide granules, certified for heat and light stability. The tubes are modified further to remain crack free over a long time.

Nylon is specifically known for for its light weight and high strength properties which make it suitable for high pressure Industrial and Automotive applications. Therefore the tubes made are highly resistant to abrasion & wear even when subjected to pulsating air pressure in air brake systems.

Our preferred material for making these tubes is Polyamide-12 or PA-12 which shows excellent flexibility, fatigue resistance and high-pressure resistance. It is an HIPHL grade material which translates to high viscosity impact modified plasticized heat and light stabilized material.

For the economic range of tubes, we use impact improved, non-brittle Nylon PA-6.
