Anti Spark or Anti Spatter Tubes with inner layer of Polyurethene and outer layer of TPR or TPV are made by Wayhose. These tubes are used for Robotic Welding & Cutting operations which require a very light weight tube for gas flow, which should have good rebounding properties and fatigue resistance for repeated movement in same direction. At the same time the tube should have resistance to any fire spark due to spatters falling on the gas tube line. The rebounding properties are achieved by PU and the anti spark properties are given by TPV or TPR outer layer. The outer layer is easy to peal off for efficient end fitting on the PU tubes. Colors of the outer coating are long lasting and distinctive.
