It is equipped with all the requisite facilities required for manufacturing a superior range of Flexible Polymer Hoses. Moreover, we have facilitated our unit with hi-tech machines & equipment that allow us to offer a flawless range to our clients within the stipulated time frame.  

Our infrastructure accommodates the following:

• Factory area, which is speed across 1250 sq meter
• Latest PVC Processing & extruding machines
• Eight extruding & processing lines with installed capacity of 250 MT per month
• Modern automatic controllers & process instrumentation

Our organization strives hard to develop innovative and improvised range of Flexible Polymer Hoses. To integrate novel designs and technology in our range, we have developed an advanced R&D unit. Our unit is managed by a team of experts and is backed by latest facilities that assist us carrying out research & development activities.

Our research and development department carries out research on the following factors:

• Developing best PVC compound for processing
• Improving technology at various step of processing
• Improvisation of existing product range
• Testing other new polymers for making existing or new products

The development is examined as per the resources available with the company. Only after confirmation of its feasibility and effectiveness in improving our range, it is recommended to the concerned department, for incorporation in the production process.
